800008 Alan Turing passes through Ascott-under-Wychwood station at high speed on 20 July 2026 with the 1P18 08:56 Great Malvern to Paddington GWR service. I was taking a chance here, as the 1W17 08:51 Paddington to Great Malvern train was due at the same time. I could already see it approaching behind me, and it blocked out this view just a few seconds later!
