800311 passes Evenlode on 7 June 2023 with the 1W33 17:46 Oxford to Worcester Foregate Street GWR service. This train would normally start from Paddington, but this was in the final week of the Didcot to Oxford line blockage, when repairs were being carried out to Nuneham Viaduct, which had been quietly sliding into the River Thames! Evenlode used to be one of my favourite Cotswold Line locations for summer evening pictures, but roadside vegetation had blocked this view for a couple of decades. Recent clearance has opened up the view once again.
