C392 (51134 & 51147) & C395 (51133 & 51140) pass Llangewydd on 26 September 1992 with the Monmouthshire Railway Society 'DMU Demise' railtour. This tour was run to mark the end of heritage DMU operations in South Wales. C392 was bought for preservation the following year by the Llanelli & District Railway Society. The unit unfortunately suffered several vandal attacks whilst at the Swansea Vale Railway, culminating in a serious arson attack in 2008, which severely damaged it. It was scrapped in 2009.
