D9000 Royal Scots Grey bursts out of Blea Moor Tunnel on 29 March 1997 with the RT Railtours 1Z48 08:39 York to Carlisle 'Deltic Explorer' railtour. The train was routed outwards via the Settle & Carlisle line, but returned via the Tyne Valley line to Gateshead, and then home via the East Coast Mainline.
