D9009 Alycidon passes Churchdown on 17 June 2017 with the Pathfinder Tours 1Z54 17:25 Shrewsbury to Burton upon Trent (via a reversal at Gloucester) 'Welsh Central Liner' railtour. With the shadows lengthening all the time, the six minute late running was not welcome here, but at least the train is still mostly lit. Needless to say this attracted quite a few photographers to this spot, and even some interested passers by!
