Just minutes before sunset, D9009 Alycidon crosses over the M5 motorway near Churchdown on 17 June 2017 with the Pathfinder Tours 1Z54 17:25 Shrewsbury to Burton upon Trent 'Welsh Central Liner' railtour. This had just reversed at Gloucester, which had taken longer than booked, and the train was now running 15 minutes late. A convenient farm occupation and footpath bridge allows this view of the two different forms of transport passing, although only on midsummer evenings is the sun round far enough for a decent photo, although after 9pm is pushing it a bit!
