The loco and ballast wagons certainly evoke a Forest of Dean scene from the late 1960s, but not in this livery! Perhaps if they had been built earlier than 1964, the Class 14s would have needed a repaint by the mid 1960s, and might very well have looked like this. D9521 passes Upper Forge on 15 September 2018 with the 10:30 Norchard to Lydney Junction freight, during the Dean Forest Railway's Diesel Gala.
