150001 kicks up the snow, as it passes Blakedown on 30 December 2000 with the 08:44 Dorridge to Great Malvern Central Trains service. This prototype Sprinter unit had been in service for 16 years when this picture was taken, and was probably considered to be half way though its design life. However, at the time of writing, it is still going strong, at nearly forty years of age.
