166202 passes Blanchworth on 16 August 2023 with the 2T61 09:00 Worcester Shrub Hill to Bristol Temple Meads GWR service. A few of the Class 166s have retained the obsolete First Great Western blue livery for many years after all other rolling stock was repainted. However, 2023 sees these final units gradually being called to works for a repaint, and in fact this unit made its way to Wolverton for repainting just five days later.
