20090 & 20132 pass Lowgill in awful weather on 8 August 1992 with the Victoria Travel 07:45 Manchester Victoria to Carlisle 'Settle & Carlisle Express No.1' railtour. This had been held in Grayrigg loop (just the other side of the M6 motorway bridge in the background), and consequently was moving quite slowly, which was fortunate, as I was using Fujichrome 50!
