A wood pigeon has managed to get itself wedged into the Dellner coupler of 220026, seen here passing Souldern Wharf on 24 August 2016 with the 1O18 12:27 Manchester Piccadilly to Bournemouth CrossCountry service. Wood pigeons often seen to come to sudden end on the front of trains, as famously photographed by numerous people on the front of 37607, as it travelled the length of the country in company with 37608 on 2 September 2011.
