45010 passes through Cheltenham Spa station on 17 November 1982 with a test train from the Derby Railway Technical Centre. The distinctive red and blue Derby RTC stock meant that although there was no easily available gen at the time, even if you didn't know where the train was going, you had a pretty good idea where it had come from!
