60022 Ingleborough & 60055 Thomas Barnardo stand in the sunshine at Challow on 8 October 2026 with the 6V37 11:53 Willesden DC Rail Sidings to Tytherington stone empties. The train was booked to stop here for 22 minutes, and although it arrived in dull light, and left in dull light, luckily while it was stationary there were a few sunny spells. 60055 was only in the train for insurance purposes, as the Midland Railway crimson lake liveried 60022 had only just reentered service after an extensive overhaul. |
