67023 Stella passes Moredon on 8 October 2021 with the 3S33 11:07 Cheltenham Lansdown Loop to Swindon Transfer Rail Head Treatment Train. 67027 Charlotte is bringing up the rear. The train had left Cheltenham an hour early, and after missing out the Severn Tunnel Junction to Newport section of the itinerary, was now running nearly two hours early! I had planned to photograph this train on its first run, two days earlier, when not only was it sunny, but the locos were also still relatively clean. However, some slightly less dramatic early running meant I wasn't able to get to this (or any other) location in time.
