67027 Charlotte approaches Charlbury at speed on 9 September 2020 with the 1Z22 08:20 Tyseley to Bristol High Level Siding Network Rail test train. 67023 Stella is bringing up the rear. As can be seen from the position of the windscreen wipers, it was just staring to rain, the weather having deteriorated massively since I arrived at the location. This train was running nearly two hours late, and I had only gone out because the weather looked to be improving, and the late running would mean a much better sun angle at this location!
