Superb late afternoon light at Winwick on 25 March 1993, as 87016 Willesden Intercity Depot heads north with the 1S83 15:25 Euston to Glasgow Central service. This is probably one of the most photographed locations on the whole network, with a clear view in both directions and plenty of traffic.
