Wearing the temporary Virgin East Coast Trains vinyl wrap, adopted prior to the application of their new colour scheme, 91128 heads northwards with the 1N04 06:15 Kings Cross to Newcastle service. The coaches are still in the East Coast Trains livery, whilst the DVT bringing up the rear is 'Flying Scotsman' liveried 82205.
