During a lull in proceedings on 24 September 2001, the East Midlands Railway Photographic Society's photo charter rests underneath the road bridge at the Great Central Railway's Loughborough Central station. D8048 & D8098 were spending the day working up and down the line with a rake of 16 ton mineral wagons.
