Another damp day in Wales! D8142 leaves Carrog station on 30 June 1996 with the 15:50 service to Llangollen. D8142 had been purchased by the Llangollen Railway several years earlier, and I presume at the time nobody would have imaged that a few years later it would be helping to build the brand new Channel Tunnel Rail Link.
